
Amy (she/her) is currently a student in the Diploma in PluralisticPsychotherapy, with an educational background in a Bachelor of Psychology(Honours) and a Master of Science in Health Psychology. She has gained diverseexperience across community mental health, ADHD and autism spectrumassessments, and supervised access visits, alongside mental and sexual healthrelated voluntary work in Malta and Ireland. In congruence with thisbackground, Amy’s interest in this course stemmed from its emphasis on pluralismand anti-oppressive practice, as she believes in taking an individualised,intersectional, and trauma-informed perspective in understanding her clients’lived experiences. Following the completion of this course, she also plans tocontinue her studies in Sex and Relationships therapy.
