Our Core Values: Contemporary, Therapy, Network

Contemporary

We utilise evidence-based, modern approaches to mental health. Our team is trained in Pluralistic Therapy, meaning we adapt our methods to fit your unique needs rather than using a "one-size-fits-all" model.

Therapy

We specialise in talk-based support for a wide range of concerns. This includes general counselling for anxiety, depression and other mental health issues as well as specialist sex and relationship therapy.

Network

We bridge the gap between clinical expertise & affordability. By bringing together qualified experts and supervised trainees, we provide a UK-wide online and in-person service that fits your specific goals and your budget.
