For many years Lucie nurtured an interest in why people do the things they do. This led her to undertake a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with the Open University whilst working full time.
Lucie has worked in various corporations and throughout her career has always focused on people. She has always taken at heart the personal growth and development of people and spent a lot of time coaching and mentoring individuals and teams. Her biggest learning was that people yearn for connection and the biggest barrier to establishing connection was a breakdown in communication.
This is not dissimilar to issues we all face every day, and when it comes to a topic such as sex and relationships, communication is even more difficult because of our own beliefs and values on these subjects.
