Rose welcomes clients from all backgrounds, all genders and orientations, and firmly believes that a safe space in which to navigate issues around self-worth, boundaries, anxiety, or simply knowing what it is that you want in a world that often feels overwhelming, should be accessible to everyone, and that the first relationship we work on is the one with ourselves. Her role is to walk beside you to navigate together towards wholeness and self-knowing. With a background in teaching, embodiment and energy-practices, Rose incorporates elements of person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive approaches, along with a deep trust in the wisdom of our own bodies to know what is true in the moment. She particularly enjoys working with people who have always felt that they don’t quite ‘fit in’. Rose has lived experience of neurodivergence. She is trauma-informed, with an understanding of the mechanics of nervous-system regulation. Like all of our low cost team members, Rose is a student member of NCPS and COSRT and is committed to working within these ethical frameworks.
